To return an item you must contact us via EBAY within the 90 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).

Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded, unless the part is determined to have been received in non-working condition. Any expedited shipping charges are not refundable.

Once you obtain an RMA number, ship the item back to Wayne Auto Parts, 2243 SR 516 NW, Dover, OH, 44622 along with the RMA number.

B Grade	- The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.
