You are looking at a very rare and unique 1969 Camaro. ALL ORIGINAL PANELS, EXCEPT FOR HOOD. Never any rust.

This car is the definition of a classic, high performance muscle car with strategic, modern mechanical and technological upgrades. Raw, old school, big cubic inch horsepower, with electronic fuel and ignition controls. This buildup has been well thought out and constructed with the best parts available.  Replacement cost easily over six figures.

Model year:  1968 Camaro model year as delivered by General Motors with the not yet released 1969 Camaro body. The car is actually one of the very first new body styles to ever be released, making this a very rare and unique vehicle. Please look at the inspection report to verify that this car is as described - a 1969 body built with a 1968 VIN.  It has been pro-built as a Super Sport (SS) but was originally  a base model car. Please note vehicle identification number (VIN #) to independently verify vehicle history. VIN# 123378L308976.

Engine:  Big block Chevy 468 CID, dyno tuned, tunnel ram, Accel Gen7, wide band oxygen sensor closed loop operation, sequential electronic fuel injection. 530 horsepower/ 580 foot pounds of torque at the crank, 460 hp/500 fp. tq. at the wheels, chassis dyno tuned. (dyno tuned by Vangordon & Brown Performance, Claremont, CA. 9.75:1 compression ratio, TRW forged flat top relief pistons, .030 over. Balanced and blueprinted rotating assembly, steel crank and sized rods. Edelbrock Aluminum hi-flo heads, match ported intake and exhaust runners. Full hydraulic roller valve train assembly with billet aluminum roller rocker arms. Hooker Supercomp, Ceramic coated (inside &out) 1 7/8” primary to 3” collector long tube tuned headers, dual Flowmaster mufflers with H-pipe and pre-rear axle dumps. Accel dual pickup digital distributor (cam and crank ref) and MSD digital 6AL discharge box with matching coil and wires. Custom aluminum radiator, water pump, stainless steel/AN coolant transfer lines (all fluid, vapor and vacuum lines on the entire vehicle are either AN and/or compression fittings). The engine can run on either pump or race fuel due to the ability of self adjusting fuel and ignition systems. On race/aviation fuel add 10-15 more horsepower and torque!

Transmission & Driveline: Custom built Turbo 400 with 2200 RPM Continental hole shot torque converter, B&M Magnum Street Bandit Shifter mounted in a custom center console. One ton yolks and u-joints with a balanced driveshaft. Dana 60 rear end, 4:10 gears with a Detroit Locker center section.

I inspected a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro, VIN 1233781308976 on June 13,2011. The purpose of this examination was to determine if the body panels and VIN identification plates are original as built by Chevrolet.

The issue with this car is that it clearly has 1969 sheet metal, but the VIN indicates a 1968 build.

For my examination, I put the car on a lift to look at body welds, and examined trunk seams and dashboard seams. lt is my conclusion that this car has original body panels on the main body shell, and that the VIN numbers do not appear to have been altered or changed. This vehicle has been extensively modified from stock in areas of performance and I was not evaluating the originality of this aspect of the vehicle.

The car was clearly assembled with 1969 sheet metal and dash, albeit with a 1968 VlN. Only a bare metal strip and disassembly can fully determine the history of this chassis, but there is no evidence of any alterations from "as manufactured".

No other representation to originality is claimed.  In fact, substantial drivetrain alterations have occurred, and the car is painted with nonstock paint color and stripes.
