 Old Original, (N.H.R.A) Nostalgia Race Car For sale. The very 1st  time offering for this (95%) #’s matching (1968 Z28  Camaro), called the “Seaterror”. This car was in storage by the  original owner for almost 25yrs. I'm the second owner and have owned  this car since 1993. When the car was ordered, it was ordered with the-(Z/28 option), (302-290hp), 4sp. P/S, P/B, rear bumper guards, Radio Delete, and the Cowl Plenum Air Cleaner Assy./ and positract rear. The car was built in the third week of March ("03C"). Paint code-(PP) Seafrost Green, black stripes, which is a rare color, and (712)= Black standard interior (bucket seats). This car is 95% all original, and retains every nut-bolt and body panel to this day. It has never been restored. I was given the( RARE) opportunity to purchase and  own this N.H.R.A  National Record Holder from its original owner. Currently the odometer is showing (0.255) miles, and has been documented as the  lowest milage (1968 Z28 Camaro ) in the country. These miles are strickly race track miles. Still have the  original gold title and warranty protecto plate. Also have lots of  paper work, many Drag Times showing where the car ran, and times it set. Car was never tagged. The car was sponsored by Rockmont  Chevrolet in Rockville, Md. During its reign in N.H.R.A it set the National  Record (2-3) times in (D/S-E/S,F/S) at York U.S. #30 Dragway, York Pa.  The car still looks like it did 40 years ago... ready to race and ready  to win. In its two year racing career, the little “Z” set many  milestones and was feared and respected competitor wherever it raced.  These pictures were taken in (2007) at the York U.S.#30 Dragway Reunion  in York, Pa. Currently the car supports a (396-375hp)engine,( out of a 1968 S/S Camaro, and the block still retains the original stamping on the pad of an (L78) with an A/Trans. In (1989) they decided to go racing again and ran S/SA for a short period of  time, and then the car was placed back in storage. This drive train goes  with the car, plus the (302-290hp)4sp. complete. Original (4053) carb. original smog system, distributor, etc. that it set the National Record with. Just recently there has been released a 1:18 scale model  of the car, by Exact Detail Replicas. Only (996) were made.  Currently there are several on Ebay for sale.  This car is  truly of museum show quality. The car is featured in (Jerry MacNeish's) "The Definitive 1967-1968 Camaro Z/28 Fact Book" published in 1996, and has been authenticated by him.
