1976 CHEVROLET CAMARO HIGH PERFORMANCE 383 STROKER

Up for sale is a 1976 Chevy Camaro. I've owned this vehicle for the past 13 years. Its been garage kept and only used in the summertime. The engine is a High Performance 383 stroker professionally built by Jensens Engine Technologies with less than 3000 miles on it. Approximately 450hp. It has modified World Products Sportsman II heads 2.02/1.60 valves, Comp Cams roller rocker arms,  9.6-1 compression ratio. Crower solid roller lifters with a Crower camshaft 230 intake 236 exhaust duration, lift .617 intake .592 exhaust. Edelbrock 7101 dual plane high rise intake manifold with an Edelbrock 1411 750cfm manual choke carb and Edelbrock 1721 fuel pump, all AN fittings used on fuel system. Miloden high volume water pump. 1 3/4 inch Headman headers with Dynomax glasspacks to 2 1/4 inch dual exhaust exiting out the rear of vehicle with 3in extensions welded on for that meaner look.. Also has a MSD 6A ignition with HEI distributor and Taylor plug wires. Rebuilt TH-350  transmission with B&M shift kit, B&M rachet shifter and a 2500rpm stall converter. Rear axle is a GM 10 bolt with 3.90 Richmond gears and a Powertrax locker. Has been converted to manual brakes and manual steering. Rear tires are P245/60R14 on Keystone Classic chrome rims. Tires are less than 40% thread left. Front tires are P205/70R14 also on Keysone Classic rims with over 50% thread left. Also has weld-on South Side Machine subframe connectors. Undercarriage is solid. All of the following have been replaced at some point: Rear air shocks,front shocks,gas tank and all fuel lines, brakes, rotors, drums calipers wheel cylinders,heater core,aluminum radiator and shroud. Body of vehicle was done in 1997 and is rust free. Clear coat-base coat paint job decent but not show quality. Paint still shines nicely. The hood has an ABS plastic L-88 style cowl induction scoop riveted on and is cut out to be fully functional. Seats are clean and rip free. Carpet could use replacement and the dash is in poor condition. Also needs a headliner. Autogauge tach,Sunpro oil and temp gauges,and vaccum gauges all in working condition.Sony AM/FM cassette player. Overall this car is a nice high performance,street or strip vehicle not perfect but in very good condition. Runs and drives great.  Vehicle has current P.A inspection and emission exempt stickers. Vehicle is being sold AS-IS, WHERE IS. Car is located in Hazleton P.A. 18201. Vehicle can be seen by appointment only, but is not available to be driven.
