This Camaros undercarriage is extremely original, with solid and clean floorpans bolted to a straight 32 year old chassis. The cars original four speed sends power to an original 10 bolt Posi-traction rear end with performance oriented 3.73 gears and its original maintenance tab. Up front a factory power steering system combines with factory power disc brakes to provide modern handling and stopping performance. Out back, the factory equipped solid rear axles still hangs by its original spiral shocks and leaf springs, and features correct factory drum brakes. Everything under this car looks functional and solid, and a quick double take confirms GM part numbers on the mufflers that are connected to the cars ORIGINAL exhaust system!
