Bidding

By placing a bid or pressing the BUY IT NOW button on this vehicle, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle. Please do not bid if you're not seriously interested or financially able to purchase this vehicle. This arrangement is outlined in the eBay User Agreement.

 

Bid Retraction

Please read eBay's "Retracting a Bid". If you place a bid before the last 12-hour period of the auction, you may retract the bid before the last 12-hour period only for exceptional circumstances. You will not be allowed to retract that bid during the last 12-hour period of the auction. If you place a bid during the last 12-hour period of the auction, you will be allowed to retract the bid for exceptional circumstances only if you do so within one hour after placing the bid.

 

Notice to Bidders

We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. NOTE: All of our eBay inventory is available for sale at our dealership. We will end auctions early should a vehicle be sold at the dealership.

 

Financing

It is important that all loans be PRE-APPROVED before bidding/purchased. For help in arranging financing or for any questions regarding financing options, please contact us prior to bidding. Not being able to arrange financing does not constitute a valid reason for deposit refund. So, be sure financing is in order or approved before placing a deposit on any car.

Mileage is subject to change due to demos, car being test driven, inspected, serviced at dealership and transportation...the actual mileage of the vehicle might be slightly different than the mileage stated when the vehicle was first listed on Ebay.

Although we make every attempt to deliver all vehicles with handbooks, floor mats, additional keys, remotes, or CD magazines, it is not always the case. Buyer's Inspection

We do our best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. We welcome a Buyer's Inspection. If you plan to have a Buyer's Inspection, please make sure you have the vehicle inspected prior to the end of the auction. Inspection fees, if any, are the "Buyer's" sole responsibility.

 

Warranty

Payments

A minimum deposit of $500.00 must be received within 24 hours of the auctions end by Paypal or Credit Card to confirm your purchase, or the vehicle may be re-listed and/or sold to any other qualified buyer. The remaining balance must be received by CASH (in person), CASHIERS CHECKS or BANK WIRE TRANSFER. NO PERSONAL CHECKS, NO CREDIT CARDS OR PAYPAL ACCEPTED FOR THE REMAINDER BALANCE! A full payment must be made within 7 days of the listing ending date or when the deposit has been placed. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

Taxes and Fees

"Buyer" is responsible not only for knowing their own states' laws regarding taxes and fees, but also remitting the proper state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state the vehicle will be registered. . All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered.

For all Arizona sales we collect 9.3% sales tax. For all vehicles that are shipped out of Arizona, buyer will pay all local taxes at time or registration in their residing state.

 

Title Information

Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments of up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive.

 

Finalizing Your Purchase

Winning bidder MUST communicate with us by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements to complete the transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 2 business days, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. Before the vehicle is released for shipment to the "Buyer", all sale-related and title-related paperwork must be signed and returned completed to the "Seller". All vehicles are subject to a processing fee of $295.00. This fee helps to defray the title, mailing and other related expenses we incur during the close of the sale.

 

Shipping and Delivery

Those wishing to have the vehicle shipped: All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. We can make shipping arrangements on your behalf, however 101 Motors will not be held liable for any claims arising from shipping or damage, it will be strictly between the buyer and shipping company. Licensed "Carriers" are generally insured for $500,000.. All shipping arrangements provided by us are strictly a courtesy. We are notaffiliated with any carrier. A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK should not be left to 101 Motors for any shipping delays, complications or even property damage that may occur during the shipping process. 101 Motors is not the shipping carrier for your vehicle therefore any negative feedback left to this matter will be disputed and withdrawn.
